Welcome to Shivtattva International. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, trade inquiries, freight forwarding, and merchant export services. By accessing our platform or booking shipping services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these operational terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • All content, branding, and service specifications on this site are the intellectual property of Shivtattva International.
  • Cargo bookings and service requests are subject to confirmation based on space availability and trade compliance.
  • Customers must ensure that all provided commodity descriptions and shipping declarations are accurate and complete.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or commercial misuse of website content is strictly prohibited.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate inquiries at our discretion for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activities, incomplete documentation, or non-compliance with national and international export/import regulations.

3. Delivery to the Service

Shipment schedules, transit times, and delivery estimates provided by Shivtattva International are subject to carrier availability, weather conditions, port congestion, and customs clearance procedures. While we make every effort to adhere to planned timelines, transit durations are estimated and not strictly guaranteed.

4. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Shivtattva International regarding website usage and initial service engagement. Specific commercial terms, freight charges, and shipping liabilities are governed by individual bills of lading and formal service agreements.

  • Shippers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists.
  • Prohibited, hazardous, or restricted goods will not be accepted without prior legal clearance and written approval.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and port demurrage charges remain the sole responsibility of the client or consignee.
  • Cargo insurance is strongly recommended for all international air, sea, and road freight consignments.

5. Service Rules

Clients utilizing our logistics management, freight forwarding, and product export services agree to adhere to all local and international maritime laws, aviation regulations, and trade controls.

Any misuse of our digital quote tools, submission of false shipment details, or attempt to compromise site functionality will result in immediate termination of service access.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shivtattva International shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, force majeure events, port strikes, or third-party carrier failures. Liability for cargo loss or damage is strictly limited according to applicable international maritime and aviation conventions unless comprehensive cargo insurance coverage is explicitly arranged.
